A Colourist's Garden

Passionate about the art of gardening, the owner drew the plan of her ten-acre garden herself and decided on the colours by enhancing it with watercolours. She then carefully selected the plants so that the tones of the foliage were as close as possible to the shades set out on paper. 

The plan was drawn up so that the rock garden could be admired from the windows of the living room and its large terrace on the first floor of the house.
