Silence... action!
Rewind! After the inter-Brusseleir success of the "Foggy Brussels" short films, the CIVA animation course is back.
It's the same formula, with crazy stories about your city, writing a script as a team, creating the sets and characters and animating these crazy adventures in stop motion. The same animators, but with extra sunglasses!
It's all true, I swear, I can see the ponds turning into a sea, the gardens hiding magical powers, the foxes leading me into their hiding place. The lights at the end of the day are like beacons illuminating these adventures, and I take snapshots to make sure I don't forget anything.

Louise has a degree in Art and Spatial Design and is passionate about printed images, particularly lithographic techniques. She is completing her agrégation for upper secondary education at the ESA Saint-Luc in Brussels, because she has long wanted to teach and pass on her passion! Louise loves to share her taste for artistic techniques: lithography, screen printing, engraving, costume design, video editing, and a whole range of manual activities with children!
Valeria made her nest in Brussels after leaving the mountains of southern Italy, where she grew up in a large and turbulent family. From an early age, she was captivated by the symbolic power of stories, and read a lot of them (her mum was a librarian) as well as writing them. At the age of thirteen, her first short story, "L'enfant racine", was warmly received by her classmates. Strengthened by this support and hoping to emerge from anonymity, she embarked on a career as a budding writer. She lost a few feathers, but was not discouraged and set off to explore the far north, first in Bologna and then in Brussels. Here, she discovered that she was an illustrator, and by carefully blending drawing, lithography and engraving, she integrated images into her stories.
