In the context of the exhibition (re)compose the city, artiste, urban planner and architect Luc Deleu talks about his unbuilt project T.G.V.-luchtlijn boven Brussel, Gare Europe Centrale (1986-1989). This giant model is one of the absolute masterpieces of the exhibit.
