Home sweet home

Have you ever had the experience of putting an object in your pocket and immediately feeling at home ? Some objects take us on a journey, others put us at ease.

During this workshop, participants reflect on the objects around them through stories and moments of creativity.

After this collective exploration, they will create an object to take home as a souvenir of a home sweet home at CIVA.

I say: you don't have to be at home to feel at home! When I'm at CIVA, I feel at home among a bunch of creative friends!

Mahaut Delwart, 22, student in a law master's program, has been passionate about singing and drawing since childhood. A former choir member, she has mentored youth and participated in international tours. As a scout leader, she enjoys engaging children of all ages. Her artistic talent ranges from drawing to singing, with some experience in theater. As dynamic as she is passionate, Mahaut looks forward to passing on her love for drawing and singing to younger generations.

Céline Blomme, a passionate architecture student and art enthusiast in all its forms, loves sharing her passion with children. Currently studying at La Cambre-Horta School of Architecture, she actively engages in educational projects aimed at fostering imagination, critical thinking, and self-confidence in youth. Experienced in leading children as a scout leader and as an active member of a girls' choir, she brings her energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. Convinced of the power of creativity and architecture to inspire young minds, she is committed to nurturing imagination and self-confidence in children.
