These three intergenerational workshops focus on manual experimentation and discovery of the POWER Exhibition. Each workshop begins with a guided tour of the POWER exhibition from 10am to 10:45am.
This last workshop examines the issue of reusing cutting waste in woodwork. As in many industries, this waste is recurrent and difficult to recycle. The wood gleaned from the CIVA's technical workshop, which works on the construction and deconstruction of exhibitions, will be used in this workshop for total recycling.
Using the OpenStructures method, this wood panel waste will be cut up and reshaped to create a new whole. The visible traces of the material's past life restore its value and give it a new purpose.
